Artist Advice plz!

Okay so I saved up my money to get a graphic designing program, but I don't know which one would be the best, or easiest to use, so I need the advice of all of you great artist who use those programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel, etc. What do you think is the easiet/ best to use?
